KLB82PC is a specialized blow moulding machine for PC material. 

The feather of blow moulding machine KAB82PC: 

KLB82PC hollow blow molding machine is the new generation of large plastic hollow blow molding machine produced by our company, it is mainly used to blow large hollow plastic products such as plastic barrel, fuel tank of automobile, toolbox and bag, etc.

This machine is composed of the main mechanism, electric system, hydraulic system, air passage, waterway and optional functional parts, etc.

The main mechanism includes: extruding device, die head of accumulator cylinder, mold opening and clamping mechanism,hoisting device, bottom blowing device, robot (optional), etc.

Electric part includes: heating and temperature control system

of die head and extruder; parison controller system; PLC and relevant protective system, etc. 

Hydraulic system includes: hydraulic source, relevant pressure, direction and flow rate control part.

Air passage system includes: driving part of robot air cylinder

and blow molding part of products.

Waterway system includes: cooling circuit for mold and other parts.

Extrudingblow molding is adopted. The extruder with oil motor control can supply enough power. The plasticized and melting plastic is extruded to the accumulator die head by the extruder, when accumulating to certain volume, the opening degree of the mold will be continuously changed, the plastic will be injected into parison and enters the mold for blow molding, and then the robot (optional) will take out the product to complete a cycle.

Optional functional parts of this machine includes: bottom blow device, robot, parison control system, etc. Configuration will be decided according to the order.

Main characters of this machine:

(1). Mold opening and clamping mechanism adopts double-pull rod structure with good rigidity, and the mold opening and clamping mechanism has a wide space. The die head is designed with the principle first in, first out. The parison has an even thickness, and the products have good mechanical properties.

(2). High automatization, it can fulfill the whole automatic cycle from material loading to unloading of finished products.
