KLB65 blow moUlding machine is for the production of single layer/double layer/multi layer visual line hollow parts, such as bottle, kettle, etc. The biggest volume for the parts could be from 50ml---5L. this machine is special for PP, PE and so on. It is an extrusion blow-molding machine. The extruder uses frequent conversion engine to get the uniform between wide adjust range and parson stability. Plastic are melted inside the extruder and became the parson through die, and then parison is blown inside the mold to become the hollow parts. It is the whole cycle.
The machine system includes: Mechanical system, electrical system, pneumatic system and hydraulic system.
