KLB75 is the large automatic blow moulding machine produced by our company, mainly used to blow containers barrels, the vehicle's fuel tank, tools, luggage and other large hollow plastic products. This blow moulding machine is composed of the host mechanical, electrical unit, hydraulic unit, pneumatic unit, water supply and other components.

This machine is composed of the host, electrical system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, water supply, matching function components and other components.
The host including: extruding system; accumulation die head; clamping system; lifting device; bottom blowing device (optional); robot (optional) and so on.
Electrical system including: heater and temperature controlling system of die head and extruder; thickness control system (optional); PLC and other safety defend system.
Hydraulic system including: hydraulic sources and related pressure control unit, direction control unit and flowing control unit.
Pneumatic system including: the driven of robot cylinder and product blowing system.
Water supply including: cooling loop for mold and other parts.
"Extrusion - blowing" Forming is the formation theory. Extruder by t Frequency Control may gains large speed range to meet different products. The melting materials plastized by the extruder are pushed to the accumulator die head up to a certain volume, then the wall thickness control system (optional) continuously changes open degree of the die head, following to form a parison into mold and blow to its shape, last the product will be removed by robot (optional). A cycle is completing.
This matching function components including: bottom blowing device, robot, and wall thickness control system and so on, according to the actual orders.
Main characteristics:
1. The clamping unit adopts double-drawbars structure, with good rigidity and large molding space. Die head designs on the basis of FIFO principle, forming the parison with uniform thickness and products with good mechanical properties.
2. High degree of automation, and complete the automatic cycle from feeding to taking out products.
3. Produce hollow containers and various types of luggage with a large range.
